Peter at this year's Edinburgh Festival

Peter will be appearing at this year's Edinburgh Festival in First Love, part of Beckett at the Festival.

This is a series of TV, radio and fiction works adapted for the stage, and First Love "explores how love fails us and how we fail love".

There will be four performances from 28 - 31 August at the Royal Lyceum Theatre.  To book tickets, please use this link.

"I'm very excited about performing in First Love.  Samuel Beckett is undeniably a towering figure in 20th Century literature, whose use of language and drama style had a profound effect on theatre.  It's also rewarding to be involved in bringing a work that isn't so well known as Waiting for Godot, End Game and others, to an audience that might not be familiar with it.  It's an extremely moving and powerful work and I'm looking forward to it tremendously."
